    A sad little shop with small quantities of just a few types of cheese. The cheddar was okay; it's fresh, it's mild, it squeaks when you bite into it. A few days later it stops squeaking and begins to taste more like the cheddar most Americans know. There's a window into the factory. Please count your change carefully if you're American.
